Helping You to Learn Online

Each of the lessons is unique and produced exclusively for Sounds English in our own studio. The writers and actors are all experienced professional language teachers or real learners of English. The Lessons have been designed according the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) and the content is mapped to the Profile English corpus, with Grammar vocabulary and phonological elements designed to challenge and stimulate the learner so that the skills they develop are transferable and are of benefit to their wider learning. About the developer

With 20 years as a language education professional on 4 continents, the project creator, Graeme, has extensive experience of e-learning and the English as a foreign language industry Graeme has been project manager for the European Union funded Socrates Lingua 2 project, has also run several large language schools in the UK and abroad  He is proud to have helped thousands of people like you from all over the world to speak better English

About the Lessons

Each lesson created is based on the levels and competencies defined in the Common European Framework (CEFR). The lessons are designed using the latest methodology and technology and are comparable to the English listening exercises seen in many top quality course books and classrooms around the world.
